How it works?

Burn the netboot-cd-x.x.iso to a CDR. More or less all CDR programs support
this. I highly recommend Nero from www.nero.com - It is a great Windows based
CDR program.

 - Boot from the CDR (you might have to change your BIOS settings).
 - Select if you want SCSI- or ATA-CD-ROM support.
 - Select your Network Card (NIC) from the list of supported NIC's.
 - Type your NETBIOS and DOMAIN-name.
 - Type your login name and password.
 - Depending if you use the CDR:\config\config.net your machine will try to
   connect to a network server.

What do I need this for?

Well, I use it to connect any of my machines to a central server and download
a Ghost image to it.

What hardware does it support?

Pretty much any IBM-PC with a NIC and a IDE CD-ROM drive. There is currently
no support for SCSI. It shouldnt be very difficult to incorporate. If anybody
need it feel free to contact me.

It is however required that there is a DHCP server on the network you use it
on. A DHCP server is a server that assigns you a IP address.

A list of network cards (NIC) that is supported in available in the nics.txt
on the CD.

How do I change anything inside an ISO image?

Use WinISO from www.winiso.com. This program can extract files and rebuild
.ISO files.

If you want to add drivers, do the following:

Add your driver to the net catalog on the CD.
Modify the menu structure in \config\menu.
After testing that it works, Mail the drivers and modification to me, so
I can add it to the officiel distribution :-)
